Up, up and away…

The first day we had off for our long weekend didn’t stop us from getting up butt-crack-early in the morning on Friday. We went to the Lisle Eyes to the Skies Festival. It turned out to be a really nice morning for the hot air balloons.

There were even more people in attendance than there were a few years back when we went. This time we were lucky enough to have much better equipment than the last time, especially me. You see, Nicole recently upgraded to the 40D, so I inherited her 20D along with a couple of nice lenses. Of course, I have no idea how to use half the manual settings on the camera, but I’m looking forward to learning.
